Rajiv Gupta

Rajiv Gupta is an expert on web services management and he's often been described as an early mover on web services and e-business. Rajiv was co-developer of Hewlett Packard's e-speak and is Chief Technology Officer, Chairman, and Co-Founder of Confluent Software. Rajiv more than 35 patents, including some related to Web services technologies.

SDSIC Web Services Conference

We recorded Rajiv during the Web Services Conference at the San Diego Supercomputer Center. 

Rajiv participated in a panel presentation about Web services security with Jeff Carmichael (Tarari), Mark Colan (IBM), Thor Larholm (PivX Solutions), and Gene Thurston (AmberPoint). For the security panel, Rajiv's topic was "The Enterprise Security Challenge: Application Level Security".
